Jessica Zalin is an associate of the firm practicing in the areas of environmental law, land use law, and zoning. Jessica represents national telecommunications companies and other corporate clients, providing counsel and service in connection with land use and zoning processes, environmental site analysis, and project development. 

Jessica earned her Juris Doctor and Environmental Law Certificate magna cum laude from Pace University School of Law, where she served as Productions Editor of the Pace Environmental Law Review, as a Vice Chair of the National Environmental Moot Court Competition, and as a legal intern in the Environmental Crimes Unit of the Westchester County District Attorney’s office. Prior to joining the firm, Jessica was an associate at a boutique environmental firm in Manhattan, where her practice focused on environmental litigation, environmental due diligence counseling for commercial real estate transactions, and environmental regulatory matters.
